About the event
Trinati is bringing her special Prana Practice for Kids to the beautiful Morpho Bleu studio in NDG, Montreal. On Wednesday January 5 at 10:30 am students will have a New Year experience in moving their bodies in dance or yoga, using mudra, sound and song alongside ancient breathwork techniques, to learn helpful ways in soothing and regulating their nervous systems. They will also have space to create art as a means of expression and integration of their learning.
This class is specially designed to make this tupe of skill-building playful, creative and fun!
