Service Description

Book a private or semi-private practice that focuses on pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound), yoga kriya (movement) + mindfulness meditation for your child, group of children, a classroom of students or your whole family. Practice in my home, your classroom or local Montreal studios with me, or from the comfort of our respective homes + learning spaces by meeting on zoom.
